Beauty of the Barrel
Distillers have long been aging their spirits in barrels and brewers have long been aging their beers in those same barrels. It's now time to enjoy both barrel-aged spirits and barrel-aged beers in one place at one time.
On September 23rd, from 4-8pm, Brew Something LA and The Victorian will bring you an event unlike any you've experienced thus far. Not only will we have 10 breweries all pouring barrel-aged beer, but we will have 4 distillers all pouring barrel-aged spirits. In addition, every brewery in attendance will have unlimited pours of their core product. Gotta have palate cleansers!
But we didn't stop there. We will also have four mixologists creating four distinct cocktails that all feature a barrel-aged spirit and a barrel-aged beer.
And no need to feel guilty about consuming all of this barrel-aged excellence because the net proceeds of the event go to benefit a wonderful local charity, The Virginia Avenue Project.
